This program provides scholarships, educational support, health and hygiene workshops, life skills training, and vocational training to girls aged 5-18 from disadvantaged communities. By addressing the unique challenges faced by girls, we aim to increase school enrollment and retention, improve health and well-being, and enhance economic opportunities. Through community advocacy and sensitization, we strive to create a supportive environment that fosters girls’ growth and development, helping them become confident, self-sufficient leaders of tomorrow.

Monitoring and Evaluation
A monitoring and evaluation framework was developed to identify indicators at impact, outcome, and output levels. Projects implemented by FFOU will have their indicators of achievement of results but will be linked to the Strategic plan indicators. For the purpose of learning and adjective planning FFOU will have annual plans and review meetings to assess the progress and identify needs regarding further planning, looking at the achievements versus impact and outcome will be conducted every quarter. Monthly reports shall be developed and submitted to the development partners upon, which monitoring and evaluation shall be done. Though quarterly monitoring is considered to be appropriate, The Annual review meetings based on the need can review the monitoring intervals.
